Rajyoga Education & Research Foundation is a body registered at New Delhi under Societies Registration Act. It was established in 1982. The parent body, Prajapita Brahmakumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya is a spiritual educational institution which is affiliated to the Department of Public Information (DPI) of the United Nations Organisation as a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO). It has consultative status on the Roster of Economic & Social Council (ECOSOC) and in UNICEF. The University was established in 1937 and presently having more than 8700 Spiritual Education & Rajyoga Centres in over 137 countries with its headquarters at Mount Abu (Rajasthan), India.

The members of Scientists & Engineers Wing (SEW) meet regularly to dialogue about how they can contribute positively from their knowledge and wisdom to the betterment of the Planet. Many topics of discussion are addressed, not simply as interesting theoretical dialogues, but with genuine interest to bring practical value to Society.
