Bangalore 1988 – saw the first International Conference of ‘Scientists, Technologists and Spiritualists for a Better World’ held in Bangalore. At this occasion an “All India Paper Writing Competition” was also organised for Science students in which more than 100 papers were received. prizes were awarded to the winning papers. This initiative proved highly successful and gave birth to further conferences and the International Science Symposia in Germany, Greece and Mexico, where eminent scientists gathered to investigate relationship between Science and Consciousness.
