A seminar on ‘Life-Excellence’ was organised at Academy for a Better World, Gyan Sarovar, Mt Abu, from 28th May to 1st June 2008. About 600 delegates from India and Nepal participated in it. There were 5 plenary sessions on various themes, namely Setting purpose of life for Excellence, Work Excellence, Excellence in  Relationship, Moving ahead with Excellence – Let Go and on Health Excellence, besides one Inaugural session on Excellence in Life and one Valedictory session on Complementarity of Science & Spirituality for Overall Excellence. Interdisciplinary panel discussion on Factors contributing to Excellence in my professional life was very lively in which one expert each from science, technology, medicine, management, education & business participated as panel member. There were also five concurrent interactive sessions on Holistic Excellence through Intellectual/ Emotional/ Spiritual/ Value/ Moral empowerment.
There were two Insight sessions on subjects like – Experiencing the Power of Silence, Science of Rajyoga, Ancient wisdom for Excellence and Pita Shree Brahma – Embodiment of Excellence. An exercise session on Exploring Excellence was a novelty in which participants exhibited their talents through music, poems and various other arts.
